need help uploading

hello! i recently entered a new video and i DID enter all the information requested but when i go to request upload permission: it says that i have no videos with complete information. I edited the new entry several times making sure that i entered all necessary information and still no window shows up for me to upload Cheetara's Power. Hope someone can answer my question and help me solve this problem.

Okay, first make sure it's an anime vid - if you try to enter a non-anime vid, you may get automatically ignored (those aren't allowed). Otherwise, try following the steps Phade outlines in this thread:

Follow those step by step and see if it helps. If you run into trouble with any of the steps, let me know which one and I'll see if I can find what the problem is. ^.~
