how abotu a fanfics section, since this is sort of a creative haven, why not have a section for members to post their creative original stories

This idea has been suggested and shot down before, the main reason being that this is not a fanfiction site. It's an AMV catalog.

However, if you want to write fanfics you can always go to fanfiction.net and post the link in your sig.
