Umm...skin?

ok...I'm only slightly confused, With uploading the skins, I'n not realy sure what goes where or what type of file thingy it should be. Any suggestions? I did one, being a retard, but i don't wanna keep doing them until i think i could get it right. Thanks :)

The website is being upgraded, so I suggest not to do/upload skin until it's done.

By the way, when the site is done being upgraded will I be able to put ym old skin back in it? I hate the colors of the regular skin :P
