Banner ads

I couldn't find a guide, or missed it or something,b ut how do you make banner ads for the site. NOT how to submit them, but how to make them. Good ones to. I try, but when ever I shrink the pic it looks like shit. So can you help, and of course how to make them move and what not! Thanks

Yea, generally speaking, paint is kinda crap at resizing stuff. Gimp is something you might try, sure. Other editing software, if you got any, should do fine also.

Not to say you can't do good things in MSPaint though...

I have no money and it says it cost money. Either that or I am confused and losT.
