Logging In Problem:

Good evening - well afternoon....

I have an interesting problem with the site that has plagued me for over a week, and I am posting here in the hopes that perhaps Phade or one of the moderators may see it and help me figure it out.

I signed up on the board as :
Otonashi Net
kyokosan@pacbell.net

But I never recieved an activation notice in the email. After a few days of trying to figure it out, emailing and finding that maybe Phade, unlike me, has a life, I tried again

But the bot told me that my email belonged to another user. I attempted to have it send me the password (forgotten password), but it told me the account was inactyive and to contact Phade.
So I tried again with:
Otonashi
ayukawa@pacbell.net

Still no email.

This morning I came up with a crazy plan. I went to the opinions/reviews, found the most active persons listed, and checked for the first five that had posted something today. I emailed them a brief email telling them my problem and asking if they had any ideas or if they were able to help me in any way to contact Phade.

MexicanJunior replied with a wonderful reply, which I am very grateful for. He set up this account for me to use until I get a chance to work this out with Phade.

So that is the problem, any ideas?

I couldn't log on at all last week too, even though my member name and pass should work because it has before. I don't know if your problema nd mine are related...

If you signed up within the last five or six days I would say it's probably an attribute to the bug on the system, or whatever it was, that was giving this board a large amount of down time for the last few days, so bad that none of us could log in or get into the forums. so if you signed up between the ninteenth and today I would attribute the problem to that.

my stepbrother has been trying to register on theis forum for a week. he tried his email but it sed it was already used, so i made him a new mail address....but it said it was used already too...is that the bug?
