You will need an ftp program such as <a href="http://www.cuteftp.com/store/">Cute Ftp</a>, <a href="http://www.tucows.com/preview/195136.html">Ws Ftp</a> or my personal compact free ftp pal <a href="http://www.whispertech.com/surfer/">Ftp Surfer</a>...of course, this is what you would use to upload to the org once you were granted permission for your vid...or to your own personal webhost...but if you're asking if it is necessary to use ftp to have your vids available for download then no, it is not, unless you are uploading to the org...if I confused you even more than you were, blame this coffee I'm drinking...
