Well, I'm not sure if this is on topic, but I don't know where else to ask.

How do I make AVI format videos work on my computer?

Nope, that has nothing to do with this thread. ;p

If you're having trouble watching a video (avi format) you might try getting ffdshow - install that and you can watch xvid/divx vids in Windows Media Player.

Um, wouldn't it be better to get the one closest to the bottom (= most recently updated)?

Sure, if that's how he has them ordered. I have the first one and it works. I can't speak for the rest. ^.~
