So I'm having an odd problem downloading with FireFox.
So now when I go to download a local video, instead of prompting me to "Open With or Save to Disk", FF instead just opens the videos straight in the browser with QuickTime.
Funny thing is, FF wasn't doing this just a few hours ago.
Anybody know if there's a box I accidentally checked?

I had the same problem. Except that it did it for WMA format.

Me Also
I have the same problem. I tried adjusting every option, but to no avail. But it isn't just Firefox, IE is doing the same thing. You wouldn't think it would be a personal setting, because I haven't changed anything, so it must be how the link works or something? I'm tech proficient, but HTML escapes me, so I don't really know....I just hope they fix it!

Fixed It
Aha, a few posts down, on a thread I somehow missed because it was so descriptively named "help", there was advice for how to fix this problem. Go to Tools - Options -Downloads like the fellow above said, and go to plugins. A seperate window should pop up, and then uncheck the media type that you are trying to download. That shoudl fix it. Yay

Haha you guys i just had this problem and posted a topic bout it O_o. *look down like 4 topics* Same exact thing happened to me. Heres what you must do. Go to Tools> Options > Downloads> Plug-Ins. OK over here all you have to do is uncheck AVI and WMV (Just click the checkmark and itll unable it.) files so that the download option will come up again. If you want to uncheck some other stuff but i wouldnt recommend it since these file extensions are mostly the only 2 that would be on the org for videos. Oh and Mpeg works automatically so nothing to uncheck for that ^_^!
