If you mean that you want the video to be deleted, you need to request deletion of the video through this link off of the "Edit My Videos" page: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... te_vid.php
Alternatively, if you just want the video description you wrote down removed, you can do that yourself again through the "Edit My Videos" page.
