I need some updating help!

I just want to know how most members add their favorite anime shows to their '10 favorite anime' list and how they write on their public profiling. Could anybody help me out here?

Sheesh, either my computer has a fritz or something's wrong with the anime list. whenever I add my choices, it keep saying 'error, position not found" can someone explain this?!
