how does one edit a post?

It's on the MEP and AMV Contests boards. Other than that, I don't know.

And people have been clamoring for edit buttons around here for a long time, and I doubt Phade is going to change his stance on it anytime soon.

yeah, I can't tell you how many people have asked this.

I've read from a mod who posted and he said that a double post won't kill anybody, so if ya messed sompin up, just repost, no-one will care


(it may have not been a mod who said that, I may have gotten somthing mixed up, but still, no one will mind two consecutive posts)

the org doesn't allow edit buttons in most forums, because that way if you say something naughty, we can catch you.

Edit buttons are not allowed for the reasons downwithpants said, and hopefully it will remain this way.
