At the top of the page click on "Profile"
At the bottom of that page there is a section for uploading or linking to an avatar.
Your avatar can not be larget than 100x100
You might find one here you like

also download a free program called IrfanView for cropping and resizing.

Forum avatars shall not be larger than 100 pixels tall or 100 pixels wide, and no larger than 16kb in file size if hosted locally, and no more than 40kb in size if hosted off-site; any avatar image exceeding these limits will be removed without warning.
