How to confirm a new anime for uploading an AMV

Greetings! I want to upload an AMV I just created. I already have the AMV's information ready (and I'm sure all relevant information is filled):

But when I get to the upload section, it's not listed as a valid video to accept an upload. I'm thinking it's because of the anime I chose, which is new: Gift ~Eternal Rainbow, and the upload page says I'm supposed to have this confirmed with the admins. If so, how exactly should I go about it?

I've updated the confirmation list, that title is now confirmed
