Can't seem to figure out this Uploading...

I tried looking at the faqs given on the site, and even this one:

But in picture 19 it says "Upload Video" and on my site it says "Confirm Video".
I clicked on it anyways and it's nothing like what came up for the next picture.

Any help?

If it says "confirm Video" it means that you either uploaded a video or tried doing it. In your case I assume you failed and thats why this page shows:

Just click "cancel this upload request" and then you should be able to follow the Guide.
