Issues with FileZilla

Status: Resolving address of kero.animemusicvideo.org
Status: Connecting to 82.98.86.174:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Could not connect to server

this is the repeated response I keep getting when I try to establish a connection on FileZilla. Is there a reason why this keeps happening?

I am only new the program and have gone through login issues before this but I am just about ready to give up, any suggestions??

are you sure you're correctly entering the log-in info you were given?

yeah, I even went as far as to reset my password but I dont think its a login problem

it seems to lose connection when waiting for the "welcome message"

does this mean it is having an issue connecting to animemusicvideos.org?

Are you sure it's connecting as plain-old FTP?

I had the same problem earlier. I simply canceled the upload of the video, and requested a new upload. The new log on info worked just fine.

you sure that you have any firewall(s) you might have turned to low/file sharing/off setting?

and one more question, are you using the filezilla ftp server or ftp client?
