Connection resetting?

Hi all, I can't download ANY local videos. The connection gets reset and it won't work even when I use the link at the bottom of the page.

I tried to download at my mom's house via wireless and when that didn't work I went to my house and tried wireless. After that failed, I used my desktop and tried a wired download and it still refused. I would think it's MY network but it happened at two different locations.

And seeing as how I haven't heard back from the video creator and it's been almost 3 years since the video was uploaded I'm wondering what to do.

Downloads and uploads are currently not working since new hard drives are being installed.
