screwy error message

i'm getting this error message "couldn't connect to host" when confirming upload.need help.

...but when there's a sticky on the situation on the top of every section and over half a dozen topics in site help that have asked the same thing you kinda hope that people will actually read at least one of them

well... i did (read this topic and then the other one)... but it says it was going to be ok this monday... and we are almost friday o.o (i got screwed half the "uploading try" -_-')

After Kero is reinstalled, hopefully Monday morning, some recent videos will be unavailable; they will be restored over the coming week. Uploads will be re-enabled once that is complete.

Which would lead me to believe it will take about a week for everything to be under control and back to normal.
