I Hate School
Those damn teachers always trying to screw me. I got my mid semester grades in, so does anyone wanna see them.
Here are my grades.
American Hist.: 84
Algebra II: 68
Chemistry: 60
Computer App. I: 95
Speech & Drama: 95
English III: 75
Spanish II: 64
My problem is that I never made below a 80 in english and in spanish she doesn't explain the work . In Algebra...well numbers just scare . In Chemistry the teacher's vocie could put insomniac to sleep.
Crap I can't wait till I graduate.

Well the grading scheme is different in England so those numbers mean nothing to me, care to explain them please?
I have been very lucky in school/collage as I have got pretty much great teachers for most of my subject.

I do not understand England's gradeing system so I don't know how different both are, but I'll try and explainSushi2 wrote:Well the grading scheme is different in England so those numbers mean nothing to me, care to explain them please?

grades range from 0 to 100
From 90- 100 equals an A
80-89 equals a B
70-79 equals a C
60-69 equals a D
and 0-59 equals an F
the higher your grade the better. F is considered failing. Most people like to stay in the A to B range. Anyways thats how we grade at my school. I hope that helps you understand

Algebra II - D
English - A
German - B
Euro History - C
Chem - B (had a D a few weeks ago)

And to continue on to BrokenFuse's remarks, all those numbers are just percentages of your mark in that particular class.Sushi2 wrote:Well the grading scheme is different in England so those numbers mean nothing to me, care to explain them please?

I always wondered about that. I remember seeing Bart fail with a 59%. I was like, "what? Didn't he just pass". But I guess it's different in Canada and the US.
