Wonka.
His is the only one that establishes a consistent style. The pencil scetch is nice, but the composition is stale. Having only one element cropped from the side and the rest centered makes it seem unintentional. They're all centered, which I find boring, but Wonka's at least has some other distractions/trimmings to hide that.

Wonka..it just scared me.. i like being scared.
An ocean of dust and randomly strung together pieces of hydrogen, serving no purpose other than allowing all of us to continue in our misery, doomed to an enternity of petty squabbles and meaningless ego trips, until the whole thing one day explodes and starts the whole shebang all over again. - Chaos_Angel

On the basis of pure artistic talent the vote is for Wonka. Why?
Aside from being a more interesting picture with more mood and content than a purely emotional figure drawing, wonka's takes risks in not being scared.
Wonka's image is set in an environment which sets it apart from the very well rendered figure with the wings. Wings don't necessary impress me as it’s just a repeated shape. Nothing too terribly artistic since its borrowing its content from all the mythos and stigma of a typical image with wings.
That being said I'd like the wings better if it was more feathered... I don't see feathers in that wing... just clumsy lines and an uneasy hand. If your going to draw a curve don't let the line wander all over the place... it’s obvious in some spots that Euro wanted the line to be smooth and to show off the form... But it’s not doing that. It’s clumsy.
Technical brilliance versus raw rendering with not much attention to detail? How can you vote in any other way?
On another note... If Euro's image was set in a landscape or a room, or a cardboard box... anything but a blank page it would be a much harder decision. He said he didn't want to mess it up. Even low tech has options for helping that... Xerox the image and try different color styles... make 100 copies and figure out something to do with it... Don't just leave it unfinished because you’re afraid to mess it up...
In case there is any vagueness... I vote Wonka.
