because i never said i could draw better and i never dissed your art. it is a nice angel pic. it just looks incomplete. a sketch. an idea. and you cannot REALLY and TRULLY compare a complete photoshop and imaging works editted wallpaper to a hand drawn sketch. it should never have been allowed in teh first place. if you want a competition like this you all should set grounds. such as hand drawn or photo editted. if you leave it wide-open you are bound to have problems like this. anyway... when it came down to it, the time frame of work never matters, just the visual appeal of the final. but yes i can personally vouch that wonka is a fair challenge as a sketch artist as well. so just because he chose to do editting for this piece does not mean that is ALL he can do. just as i am pretty sure taht if euro wanted to he could used photoshop to scan in and doll-up that sketch.

in the end, it was personal taste. not personal attacks. never take a contest of this nature so seriously. it just makes you do and say things out of anger.. some things i hope a few of you now regret.

You all should've known your flames would hurt him. He probably spilled his guts into this and you all said some photoshop piece of crap was better. I draw too and can tell you how much it can affect me when someone puts down my art for some computer graphic of a professional pic. I agree that there's no comparing but to say the graphic is better for being a graphic...(And some of you did...)
As you may be able to tell, I like hand-drawn better...
To say you like something else is ok. But to diss the other thing is not cool. Don't DISS something you can't beat yourself. And remember the effort. It's insulting THAT that really hurts.
I've used Photoshop shit and Paint and all that and it's too easy. I don't like them though. I like DRAWING better than clicking...

And your comment was dumb as well. You say graphix are dumb and all.. and you say not to diss somethin you yourself cant do.. so lets really see what kinda shit you can pull off. I seriously doubt it will be better then Wonka's.. hes really good.

So maybe you should take your own advice and shut up or show us what you can really do.

I really didn't see a "Diss", it was just critisism (a critique). I liked Euro's, but I liked Wonka's better. I never saw JTHM before, and after comparing the original pic to wonka's rendition, I decided he did quite a good job.

I don't have any. My computer was recently re-vamped and my C drive was blown away and cleaned. It was lost with a ton of songs and Starcraft. If you want me to make a new one, give me a bit to think of something. I hate abstract shit so you'd get a solid pic of some sort.
All I have left is a joke pic from Megaman X and this thing I did from taking a bunch of pics from a hentai DVD and making it into a background(no nudity). Which would you like to see?
