Bench: Who cares?
Curl: What's that?
Squat: Once a day

When did this get out of hand? It's not a bad question, just a "good" excuse for people to band together and unload a bunch of BS. What use do a bunch of geeks have in trying to impress one another with their massive muscles incredible strength? You would be more intelligent to compare shit stink to decipher who is the alpha male. It reality boys and girls we do not bare all and butt heads to win friends and influence people, we.... *gasp* use our vocal appendages and speak! And I don't mean those little grunts and squeaks the kids are all about now adays. I mean intelligent conversation.

lol, good times...

I'm just one who likes to know about peoples strengths and weaknesses. Whether it be physical or mental. Since I believe both are equally improtant.

Anyways, I don't lift weights. I have a gym in the basement (one of those universal things), but I just don't like using it. So I can't measure in how much I lift. Besides, I find it's a terrible to compare strength. If someone's 100 lbs more than me can lift 20 lbs more than me, how much stronger is that person really :?: lol

lol. how strong you are matters not .. its how you carry your stick.

but seriously it matters how you carry yourself .. act self-assured,not arrogant, people will not challenge you..... Act too abrasive .. some people back down.... others will step up and challenge you. act timid .. and be walked all over.

but .. of course someone hideosly strong (like a freind of mine) is one of the most soft-spoken people youd ever meet. but dont piss him off or you will be lying face down after he mud stomps a hole in your chest. You also tend to find the more arrogant and abrasive people are also the most insecure.

True, and I agree FATTY_VM. But there's no sense denying the fact that we have muscles. Everyone has them, if not, you wouldn't be able to move, and you'd die. The idea is, which one of YOUR many muscles is the strongest. Not literally of course, but how about the one that in comparative is strong.

I'd have to say my bone structure. I've been hit with a hockey stick across the back and didn't feel a thing.
It's pronounced dot midi

I did 4 12K+ peaks in the Gros Ventre range in a single day...my pedometer measured 32.4 miles. That was more a matter of stamina and desire than strength though, and I gotten rather lazy lately so I doubt I'd be up for doing it again in the near future...blegh... :?
