I would guess you follow them, complain to his superiors without whining and talk with the other guys about what a jerk he is......at least thats what my dad does USMC

Unfortunately your not far from the truth....... there isn't really anything you can do about about your superiors....... i've been lucky all mine are really cool...... but ofcourse i've only been in for about a year so, i really dn't have too much experiance with them yet.......

only if its an officer...... drill seargents you call drill seargent, and seargents seargent...... that sir yes sir thing is either made up or its the Marines....... I know you don't do it in the Army

IN Air Force basic, we called everyone "sir", but aftre that, we just refer to someone by rank and name, and it is relaxed here on the flightline, and we call each other by name only

I'm glad I saw this; when I get out of school I plan on going into the military. I can't think of a lot to ask right now, but when I get some real questions I hope you don't mind me coming to you.

First of all, do you know of any positions that would most likely keep you from actual combat? And is boot camp really as bad as people make it out to be?

I was thinking about joining the marines, but they regected me cuz i has asthma. Oh well, about answering to ur superiors and following their orders whither they were right o wrong, u gots to do it and whatever the out come will be on the superiors head. U were just doing what u were told to, right.

joining the military wow, now thats just plain scarey...i think i'd die...tooo risky...i no alot of ppl joing tho, eh best to all ma military bums!
