How many of you can cook...

I've always had a knack for it, so given a recipe there's not much of anything I can't cook (though I just won't cook some things because I can't stand them). I'm pretty good at improvising both in modifying existing recipes and coming up with recipes from scratch with the ingredients available.

I do mostly basc stuff, but am gonna try my hand at fancy stuff later.

only thing i've ever really tried cooking is steak, and what i consider rare most people say is raw. so i can sort of cook.

Actually, one of my uncles is fond of having his steak done 'blue', which is very slightly warmed indeed. Just enough to avoid food poisoning. Not to everyone's taste, to say the least ><
