They don't do no good
They never be workin'
When they oughta should
They waste your time
They're wastin' mine
California's got the most of them
Boy, they got a host of them
Swear t'God they got the most
At every business on the coast

Two other large states, both with Republican governors, New York and Texas, are also projected to have multi-billion dollar deficits anywhere from 10 - 25 percent of their state budgets.
Eleven states where there are Republican governors are projected to have deficits less than 10 percent of their budget, with eight for Democrats -- including WY which is not projected to have any deficit at all.
Just a bunch of sore losers who saw their chance -- I think this will just solidify CA as a blue state.
And didn't California lose over 40$ billion during 2000 - 2001 when Enron and other companies deregulated those energy prices?
And even today, nobody knows what Dick Cheney negotiated with top energy exucetives during that time......

Nice Frank Zappa reference, Otohiko.
As for the recall election, they really need Arnold as governor. He's just moderate enough with his pro-after school programs, he could be elected. As I've said before, he's way too liberal to be a republican, but he fits right in with the moderate crowd.
If he deregulates all these crappy restrictions on big business in California, and helps convince the people a free-market economy is the best way to go, they could easily patch their deficeit in two to three years. The same thing happened when Reagan served as governor of California in the '70s. Reagan took what he did in California, and applied it to the rest of the nation during his presidency. Along with the second arms race he started back in the '80s, that fixed our economy (until Bush Sr., and Clinton fucked things up).

I swear, if we had more famous people rather than just "candidates" I'm sure we'd be a better country...
You don't hear too much bad stuff about Jesse Ventura have you? [at least I didn't and if you did, please correct me...]
Arnold as California's Governor? The guy has 2 degrees in areas of business. Why WOULDN'T he know what to do with money? He's also VERY rich to boot and he also mentioned [quite convincingly] that,
"I don't need money. I have more than enough for myself and my family. I want to make decisions for the people."

Arnold, j00 da man. To go around invincibly killing things and what not, then fixing the problems of politics. Again, j00 da man...
Also, does anyone have any scandalous news about this guy? Like we hear about tons of other movie stars, I don't remember hearing anything evil about Terminator over here...
