You hate me now, don't you?
eh, suppose you're not alone. Well, I'm not gonna kick myself over it... much
...yea, I gotta not post here, and go fuck a kitten

on a larger scale, news is always bias; i.e. most (if not all) american news networks on the day of the Northeast blackout spent all their attention on that situation disregarding or making "small" of other issues at the current time including the damagin weather going on in florida region.
so wherever a camera per se is pointed towards, there are no camera's pointed elsewhere...
on another note, most news newtorks work to stop bias, but we're talking about humans here so i wouldn't rule out that bias does rule some aspects of the news.

However, I must note that American networks or especially American troops had none to begin with.
Pheesh...
I know I'm supposed to stay out of this, but here's food for thought:
American troops are in there on their own fucking free will and getting paid for it. So you know what, if they're in there, paid and on their own free will, why don't they shut the fuck up and face the repercussions of their choices.
Yes, people joined the armed forces with this specific case of Dubbya becoming President in 2000, the WTC attacks, and many other things culminating into a falsely perpetrated war of "the best defense is a good offense"
Who's doing all the complaining? The bitching, the whining, the moaning and groaning, the soap box orating?
The Iraqi citizens? No.
The members of the military in the midst of this? No.
It's you (though you restrain yourself very well), it's me, it's sixstop, it's simpi, and every other shmoe out there who feels so morally riteous that they need to convince everyone else that what they think of as right and wrong is not just subjective, but a universal standard that everyone else should be subjugated to.
No War!
Fight Terrorism!
STFU and take the time to start making some informed decisions people.

WHO THE FUCK CARES ABOUT ANY OF THIS SHIT.
We don't have the power to change jack shit, but we do have the power to live our lives like nothing is happeneing, so that's what I'll continue to do.
Why continuously get involved in somehting that just pisses you off, that you can't change?
If you hate the news on Iraq so fucking much, then stop reading it. You're not being force fed news on the war.
If you're going to read it of your own free will, you have no right to bitch about the way it made you feel like it's some one elses fault.

I'm just a devil's advocate. I already have my views, and I decide when to change them.
Me bringing this stuff up is to make a point about duality and hypocracy.
But most people dont get it. . .KZ also talked about the local police cheif. He was WITHOLDING info on known criminals, Baath loyalists, and terrorists whom he knew had arms. Only recently did the police cheif in the city he's at finally give up that info, because he finally seemed to realise that these freaks are killing civillians just as easily and without care or caution as they were aiming at US & British forces.
Don't blame anybody at all.
Everybody is complaining about the situation in Iraq. But not too many people are going thru the effort to get info to formulate their opinions. Did you know Iraq has a president now? Did you know we're constantly finding military grade equipment that Saddam said he didn't have, buried in the sand and in sewers? That Criminals are hiding in churches and elementary schools with stockpiles of grenades? That fewer civillian casualties occured during the taking of Iraq than would have if Saddam was in power for the same amount of time?

I've only seen one troop actually whine about being stationed over there, and the only reason i did was because the press swarmed him. I'll bet he had a sock party for his little weeny moment. Do they want to be there? of course not, but are they going to cry about it? no. they're there to work, and work they are.American troops are in there on their own fucking free will and getting paid for it. Sure, don't blame the people who fire the guns. Don't blame the people who buy the guns and give them to poverty stricken people and say "thats who's to blame for your life sucking! Kill them and you'll be rich!" Don't blame the people who pay other people to wreack havoc on civillians for the sake of trying to damn the evil zionists in their country. And stop blaming Al Jazeeba, Al Quida, and Al Sodom and other fictionally evil Al forces.
Don't blame anybody at all.
Perhaps you would like to sit down and talk with someone who has opened fire and killed an Iraqi in combat? Would you like to see how he felt about it?I'm still yet to see a sign of remorse in America regarding the death of both armed and innocent Iraqis, so you know what - fuck it.
more americans died in violent crimes in one state over the weekend than died in the last 3 months in military conflict in Iraqi. Never mind the 'part' of the population without power included Canada. Nevermind the "part" was at least 7 states and more people than the populus of Iraq.Americans have their power out for a day, for just a part of the population, and they cry a river about it. Who's complaining about the situation in Iraq? Noone. A lot of innocent people died from American fire, and noone gave a shit, but a half-dozen Americans get killed and everyone's sadsadsad.

Uncle Rufus grew his nose, threw away his circus clothes
Cousin Silas grew a beard, drew another flask of weird
Nasty Jonah grew a wife, Judas threw his pruning knife
Happy family, one hand clap, four went on but none came back
Only one I clap @ is Jon.
Clap @ Jon
Don't expect anything political from me no more.
Although, expectations are a prison...

Y'know I never knew about Iraqi Citizens being paid to shoot at, maim, kill, etc at American soldiers. Goes to show how the U.S is being kept from a few grimy details that tip a lot of people's opinions. *laughs nervously*
But one thing does remain: Humans ARE human and greed is part of that. We see money we want money, just a matter of self control. But in an impoverished land it obviously very hard to decide on the matter. Kill and be paid or not kill and not being able to eat for the next few days.(if the situation is that dire)
