The only reason there using the name Final Fantasy is because its a name that will sell. From what i've read its more an action game than an rpg, in a lot of ways similar to kindom hearts. It's not a true FF.

I don't think necessity is the mother of invention - invention, in my opinion, arises directly from idleness, possibly from laziness. To save oneself trouble.

sounds like this thing is gunna suck.... I didn't like 9 all that much either. They should stop expirmenting with change and go back to the basics that everyone loves, 6 and 7 were good, they should use those battle systems and that would be that. I don't even know why they're experimenting, they know what sells.

Yeah Ryu, that's what I said. It's hardly Final Fantasy at all. But, you're definitely right since I'm going to buy it no matter what people say about it.

Final Fantasy Adventure was just the american title for Seiken Densetsu.
Just like Secret of Mana was the american title for Seiken Densetsu 2.
And of course, we never got Seiken Densetsu 3... Luckily the DeJap team did an awesome job translating it and graphic swapping. It's like a professional English version as far as I'm concerned!

I know. Nonetheless, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles is much the same as those in that respect. I just included Adventure because it had the Final Fantasy name even though it wasn't a Final Fantasy game per se.Garylisk wrote:Final Fantasy Adventure was just the american title for Seiken Densetsu.

Jace, I got Seiken Densetsu 3 for emulator a few years ago. It was a decent translation, but probably wasn't this DeJap team that Garylisk is talking about.
