Your god damn piece of shit computer does have 128 megs of RAM, but Windows, if it sucks like I'm sure your version does, or motherboard integrated video, which also sucks like I'm sure yours does, takes a megabyte so it can do either memory shit (sucky Windows) or video shit (integrated video). And Windows gets its bitchass all confused or stupid and drops that cocksucking megabyte from its memory count and display.

So in conclusion, grow a dick and some balls and buy a new computer. Or as Basil would say:
