Which do you prefer, being single or being married?

single or married? stupid quesiton SINGLE im only 16 i dont need to be bugging over children yet, let me enjoy my very youth and the come back to u in 10 years when i get around to marriage. eh im still havign dreams about that stuff in the future and last i checked im still running away from the alter. is that a sign?

I'd like to be married someday. I never really liked being alone. Even during the times in which I didn't have a boyfriend, I'd prefer to be with friends then to be by myself.

But I'm not rushing into it. I want to make sure that the first time I get married is also the last time I get married. I'm willing to take the time to really get to know a guy first. And I have a pretty good idea of what qualities I like in a person.

I currently do have a boyfriend. I know him well enough to say that I could marry him in time. But if he were to pop the question to me tomorrow (which is very unlikely), I'd say no. That doesn't really mean "never"...it just means "not now." We both know we love each other. But we also know that neither of us is ready for a life commitment at this point.

Right now with life being so busy with college and all I prefer being single. One day I will get married, but now isn't the time for it. I couldn't choose which one I like more since I haven't been married before. I enjoy the thought that one day I will marry and have children but at my age something like that shouldn't be a issue. I need to enjoy being a student and being able to make choices that affect only myself. Besides I think if I had a wife right now, she would get mad at me for training all the time. * the life of a martial artist has its downsides*

I choose to remain single because I'm a self-admitted recluse, and I doubt there's any man out there willing to put up with me in large enough doses to claim the title of "boyfriend." Especially after I've had my daily caffeine fix. Not to mention I'm not exactly a prize catch, either. I'd post a photo, but I don;t feel like paying for a few hundred broken monitors.

Doesn't mean I like it. But I suppose I'm one of those girls out there who is just un-dateable.

There I am, in all of my ugly un-dateable glory. BTW, this was after MegaCon 2002 if I'm not mistaken. I was cosplaying "Random Turk" from FFVII.
