Well sicne there isn't a rule specificaly against emoticon spamming or blank spam there isn't a reason to mod them. I don't like being insulted at every turn by NDW but that doesnt exactly stop him, or make the mods stop him does it?

And I'm sure he likes making it for you.
She didn't have legs! I guess Jerry remembered that my ultimate fantasy was to f*ck a girl with no legs. Jerry started feeling up her big tits as he rotated her on my love muscle. Soon she was spinning on my dick like a record on a turn-table. I couldn't contain myself any longer and I unloaded a HUGE load of SPUNK into her.

But now that I think about it, there IS a rule against trolling and flaming isn't there? But ther ISN'T a rule against emoticon spamming or blank spamming is there? I wonder if the mods even know what the rules ARE.

So, because you are told what you can do in a forum, but not specifically what you can't (i.e. emoticon spam), you don't actually have to adhere to the theme of the area?

Well I think most people can agree that blank spamming and emoticon spamming are just annoying. No, it's not a rule, but it's something that's hiddenly known not to do cause ....it's annoying.

I'd rather reply to you with lolololooool111omg then just a PAGE full of emotions. Oh dear.

if emoticon spamming is done in in an emoticon spamming thread in the way off topic forums then it is not against the rules and should not be modded. So I fail to see the problem with it.

i agree with earthcurrent and KhayotiK's ideas. if we had a set of rules, man.. this forum wouldn't be much fun. i think it works best when MODs get to edit posts and the such as their own discretion. Nobody wants (especially the n00bs) to be treated like dirt I mean.. Phade chooses them, right? And this is his web site, not ours, even if we are a tightly-bound community.

i'm not against the MODs anyway, cuz they leave my concise, non-violent posts alone. :)

besides, if they do anything oppressive or that displeases us, we can always leave a message for Phade and he'll take care of it.

Let all just get along. "Cuz when you're at the a-m-v.org, you're FAMILY."

What rules? Quote something from the site that states Way Off Topic is meant specifically for spam :?

Way Off Topic is for silly stuff and primarily conversational threads with no set topic. If Spam is going to happen (and I'm not saying that it will), it will happen in this forum - no where else.
Right there in the off topic VS way off topic, in plain and simple english. If spam is going to happen, it is to happen there and nowhere else.
