Are you sure you're not thinking of "Carnosaur", MinnieMoose? I know they made about 3 of those, but I absolutely refuse to believe that Carnivore has any sequels. I mean, there was no budget for the original, let alone any sequels. And it's so mindnumbingly horrible that there is no way a fanbase could have been generated. Ever since I first saw MST3K, I've developed quite a penchant for cheezy movies, but this was pushing even MY tolerance.
Never seen any of the Troma films. Just judging from the titles, they sound worth seeing for a laugh. Sadly the Blockbuster around here doesn't have any of them. I would have remembered seeing some of those on the shelves.

Troma films are mega cheesy for no other purpose than to be cheesy. List of goodness includes:
Toxic Avenger: I-IV
Sgt. Kabukiman NYPD
Surf Nazi's Must Die (This one was fucking hilarious. the good guy(girl i mean) was known as "Leroy's mama")
Cannibal - The Musical
Class of Nuke'em High (I think there's more than one here)
Bloodsucking Freaks
All the Love you Cannes
and a buncha other goodies. The extras on the dvds are unbelievable too.

Something Awful's movie review list features some of the worst films of all time in it, with the Polonia brother's standing out as the most prolifically horrible bargain bin directors out there today. Oh, and does anyone here know the Sandy Frank song? I can only remember snippetts.

Wow, Toxic Avenger, forgot about that one (wonders how I could forget). Brings back fond memories of unsober times and good friends long gone. ...... ahh feels the nostalgia ^_^

I've got that episode of MST3K burned to a cd: Time of the Apes.

Yep, its from Time of the Apes, and I think you got it down right. I have it on tape, as well as a whole bunch of the other original Comedy Central MST3Ks. In my opinion, those were the best of em. Too bad they are never shown anywhere outside of DVD or people who've ripped em to their hard drive/cds.

Actually, there are a ton of cheaply done "Road Warrior" knock-offs out there, which are all great MST 3K material. Check out www.madmaxmovies.com, under the link for "Imitations".
