Yes, but in all honesty, the mods there would never let it get that far, the mods here by contrast, will let a flamewar brew, go into a heated battle, and then just cut it off when they get bored. That is, when they arent busy editing posts and changing what people say. And likewise the mods there arent inviso mods lurking in the darkness, if they screw around everyone there will know who did it so they cannot hide behind the safe blanket of anonymity.RadicalEd0 wrote:yeah, but if any of the antics that go on here ever went on on doom9 there would be no questions asked about whos getting banned where and why.
Also, when the guidelines arent followed, except in rare cases with like first time posters, strikes are always administered and threads usually locked etc.
MODs, seriously...

So in other words, one part of the community is waging war on another part of the community because they take their community seriously enough to want to do so. Then they tell the powerless side to get over the loss cause it's just an online community. I'm glad people make so much sense." -- Tab

man, CaT, nothin personal, but u just keep complaining about the mods...
and it aint gonna change. it's just getting kinda sad. where is your sense of simple logic? i think the "ego stroking for trolls" or whatever may have been somewhat of a joke, or sarcasm. and not all rules are clearly defined, it is simply unreasonable to make a rule for EVERYTHING, just abide by what u consider logical, with a base outline of the rules, and you will manage, it isnt complicated. and i'm not here to fight, so don't make some flame or sumthin. i'd love a constructive argument or sumthing, though.

I just read a PM from one of the mods and got a long explanation for why this forum uses the inviso-mod system. I see the rationale (now) behind the inviso-system and thus I no longer will complain about it. I may not fully agree with the system but it does make sense and in some ways it's worked the way Phade wanted it to.
It doesn't explain the added mispellings I hear quite a bit about and hopefully either the same mod or a different one will be willing to shed some light on the situation. (Prefferably, right below this paragraph)

She didn't have legs! I guess Jerry remembered that my ultimate fantasy was to f*ck a girl with no legs. Jerry started feeling up her big tits as he rotated her on my love muscle. Soon she was spinning on my dick like a record on a turn-table. I couldn't contain myself any longer and I unloaded a HUGE load of SPUNK into her.
