I cant believe you guys are leaving out Wolverine vs Lady Deathstrike, sure she had no lines (I think) throughout the entire movie, but that fight scene was still just fabulous.

I was soo hoping cyclops would kissxavier. That woulda been funny stuff.

I didn't get the phenoix thing. I thought it was like a ship about to surface from the water. until my comic book geek friend explained to me the whole pheonix biz.

the pheonex saga is pretty complecated ... but i only saw bits and peices of it in the fox tv series ... apparantly every one gave up a small fraction of their life force to revive gene

it was disapointing. i mean, the first scene with nightcrawler was sweet and all (i like that teleportation effect) but other than that it only had 3 new characters, and most of them don't even count since they had about 2 seconds of on-screen time.

Colossus: "Are you sure you don't want me to help you kill things and give fans of the old x-men something to enjoy instead of a twenty minute fight scene with you and some chinese woman that no-one's even heard of before?"

Wolverine: "no bub, they're mine bub, thanks bub. bub. bub bub bub."

i mean, THEY ONLY MENTIONED BEAST ON THE NEWS. WHAT THE FUCK. oh well, atleast they didn't bring back jubilee. you can only shoot fireworks so many times before they get annoying. why would anyone have that power anyway?
