btw I haven't even played 6 (that was anthologys btw) but Kafka kills sephiroth *DIE CHOCObOS DIEEEEEEEEE*

Kefka was cool too, but nothing like sephiroth. Ultimecia was a flying turd though. That was a saaaaad final villian.

Kefka was annoying! Seifer was a cool rival, not a villain, but still cool.

And Chrono Cross/Trigger are over-rated, I loved Trigger, but Cross was just...I dunno. Just didn't enjoy it as much, and disliked the system.

FF7 is still my favourite RPG/game ever, although 4 is very close for it being IMO the epitomy of Final Fantasy. I just break it out and listen to the music at the beginning. So nostalgic...

Kefka rocked. \m/

Chrono Trigger was pretty damn good, too. But you're mostly right about CC, it was a let-down even though I still liked it.

FFIV and FFVI are my favorites, FFV coming next... tied with FFVII probably. I loved FFIX, but mainly for the more nostalgic value of a new game with more elements of the old ones.

I'm definitely going to play FFCC and probably like it.

the flying turd is that FF9 'fruit'.

anyway I loved CC! (apparently) but the colors thing was kinda' annoying... but until Skies of Arcadia it was my fave.

Never beat CT but it seems to be up there with Phantasy Star for that time period.

I was in the hospital when I started CT, I got all 12 endings!

That's what being flat on your back for a month does.

Phantasy Star 4 was a great game, I love the story scenes, the other PS's were far too ugly to play, so awfully presented.

call me crazy but, i actually liked the battle system on FF8. that has been my fav one so far, to tell you the truth. but yeah, there have been many rumors surrounding squaresoft recently it seems. rumors like Chrono Break, Square and Nintendo working together again, and Square releasing sequels to other FF titles such as FFVII where Cloud and the gang get back together again! (you may now clean up the mess in your pants) of course, a lot of this is heresay and is based on little to no factual evidence at all.

OO!! OO!! I LOVE CT!! that is the game that got me into games! that is my all time favorite RPG, no matter what anyone says. i just cant get enough of that game. oh, and BTW, if anyone out there has a copy of it on SNES that i could buy off of them, that would be great! i have CT on the PSX, but the load times just kinda suck. they would suck a lot more, im sure, if i werent such a diehard CT fan! i hope that Square is really making that Chrono Break game, though! i loved CC too!
