Pro war thread no dissent

Now then as for the "racist title" of this thread: "Americans only no foreigners. Pro war thread no dissent"

Really I see nothing racist about the title, Oni merely wanted to have a Pro-War discussion with other Americans, and he spelled it out in the title. How this is racist is beyond me, and I feel that those who argue it is racist are letting their feelings toward Oni get in the way of rational thought.

Most peacekeepers (in the Balkans at least) are members of the US National Guard (why they're over there instead of here is a mystery to me), who are "citizen soldiers". They usually get 1 weekend a month and a few weeks a year of training, and that's in various things, not just shooting. The rest of the time they do ordinary civilian things. Most don't bother to work on their aim out of uniform (which is their prerogative), so I'd suppose that would account for their not so great shooting skills.

Anyhow, like this war or not, it's going on, it's in full swing, and it is too late to stop it, unfortunately.

Pulling out now will be even more disastrous for the Iraqi people. All we can do is hope that it ends quickly and with few casualties.
