Well, I'm glad all of you have thought about this. However, I MEANT WEAPONS THAT REQUIRE SKILL! It doesn't take skill to use a tank or to shoot miniguns. Sniper rifles are the only guns that I think require any skill.

... lol say that to the thousands who partake in long range pistol contests or sports hunters who use black powder.. hg's sg's or bows.
...the problem I see a lot is that many good amv makers think they suck, and many bad amv makers think they're good.
I've seen it happen, man! I've SEEN IT!..

And not just anyone can drive a tank. Hell, a tank can be a death trap.

The pic is from the Akira MANGA. The blood on the wall is an anti-government messege. The government went into martial law and brutal executions were carried out by the dozens everyday. That's what the pic is about.

If it has to be a gun then give me an springfield rifled musket the 1861 model. One shot and there goes your arm and your wound is full lead splinters. So if the the fact that your arm or your head went bye bye dosen't kill you the Gangrene from the wound will. That or I'll fix bayonet and run you through.

I believe those to be pictures of the replicas available here: http://web.kyoto-inet.or.jp/people/kimon/index.html

or at least something very similar. Sadly, though, it is illegal for these replicas to ship into the United States, so anyone in the US who wants them is basically SOL.

That's a probable load of bullshit. I just think they don't want to deal with the customs (and possible ATF) hassle. Although, why should they, considering this is a pretty niche item?

And if these are live fire (which they don't appear to be), wouldn't they be UBER-ILLEGAL in Japan?
