I don't count shows that had a good run to be canned like Seinfeld, Cheers, Fam Guy, Futurama, etc.

I vote Critic... Tic? that was awesome... but like Maxx it was a bit long running and if it wasn't for the LA one <shudders>

I am fairly certain that the drew cary show and who's line is it anyway are going to get the ax.

I loved Family Guy, but I thought that still had shows on.. meh.. I also liked Seinfeld too. And, uhm, Freakazoid was funny.. I dunno, there were a bunch of good shows that those basterds cancelled. I heard it might be the last season for Friends too =(
