I'm in AGE. Aerospace ground equipment. I guess you could just say I'm a mechanic. =)
And about the whole steel pin in leg thing. We had a guy that had a messed up leg while he was in basic. He got a waver and he didn't have to do much. He just studied while we marched. So yeah ask a recruiter. It couldn't hurt.

Good luck, make sure to look over all jobs, don't let the recruiter choose for you. It's supposed to be your job, and if you try for it, you'll get it, don't be like me and listen to the recruiter, any questions, just ask us.

Well i'm mostly interested in mechanics/electronics related stuff. Repairing and working with physically. Any suggestions for any branch of the military?

Air Force is in critical need of communications specialists, good bonus from what I've seen

if you have the chance go Airforce........ its easier and you have a better chance at getting a good MOS....... also i think its easier to be an officer, although i'm really not sure...... as far as the other services i'd say either Army National Guard or Navy or Air National Guard....... I'm in the National Guard and i've been treated real well........ oh, and don't think its easy cause its guard, i went to the same basic as the ordinary Army...... but yeah Airforce would be the best........ i should've went to the Airforce first

I don't think necessity is the mother of invention - invention, in my opinion, arises directly from idleness, possibly from laziness. To save oneself trouble.
