Well since this post has been resurrected I will answer that question. I wasn't really being sarcastic, I see no reason to be forced to learn foreign languages that you dont want to learn. If it was just taking the classes for fun that would be one thing but at my highschool they tell us that if we dont take atleast two years of a foriegn language we wont qualify for some scholarships (that is seriously fucked up). At my highschool it is "highly" recommended that you take 2 years of spanish or french. I simply told my couciler to "fuck off" because there is no need for any damn foreign languages.
