Ever find yourself preaching about something, but not following it yourself?

I hate it when people do this, and I hate myself even more when I do it. I just throw all self-respect out the window when I do something like that. What kind of example do I set with that?

I can't think of anything remotely important, but let's try to the little stuff!

I'm normally telling people they should get a good night's rest. It's something important to everyone. It helps keep you healthy, you have much needed energy, and you seem to be a much more pleasant person. Though, as I've complained much about lately, I don't get enough. When you fall asleep while watching television in the afternoon, you know you're tired.

I do the same thing a lot of times. I hate it when I do. I feel like hypocritical crap.

I usually get over it by the next day, though.
