I just saw a movie called "Jisatsu Circle" at a local club that sponsors a night of weird films called "I Spit On Hollywood".

This movie was pretty damn good. Lots of gore, lots of weird shit. All in all, a good film. Very fucked up. Highly reccomended to people who liked Battle Royale, Ichi the Killer (Or anything else Miike has done for that matter), etc...

It's about a mass suicide trend in Japan. The first scene is actually kind of funny. Super gory... 54 japanese schoolgirls jump in front of a train at the same time. Blood just FLIES! EVERYWHERE! :P :twisted:

Doesn't sound realistic though. The Toei rails are usually enclosed by a fence (with sensors galore). The vehicle should be able to stop or dampent the force upon sensor detection...

Gimme a break... don't tell me that japanese schoolgirls acutally got hold fo a ladder and/or wire cutters. And I don't think a chair is quite high to go ober the fence...

As for the fences and stuff... I dunno anything about all that. All I know is that they jumped at the spot on the ramp where you load and unload. They all lined up and joined hands and started chanting "one, two, one, two, one, two.. THREE!" and on three they all jumped.

According to a police report later in the film, there was so much human grease and guts that the train's brakes couldn't make the train stop - It was too slippery :P
