Video Cropping Question
Hey peeps,
I've just finished my 5th AMV and have gone through hiding the subtitles behind text and when I produce the final file its gone jumpy when the other 15 drafts haven't so is they're an easier way to get did of the subtitles - either by cropping the video at the boarder or super imposing one ontop of the existing one using some kind of softwear?

Yes; in fact, cropping is usually the preferred method around here:

... A bit... yeah ok it´s a method, but there are ways to make it more "professional":Lord_Turkey wrote:I tend to cheat, because they're black boarders with subtitles on top of I cover the text with Squares (Wingdings lettter 'n') in two layers.
-Add a black picture. You have to set a different position for it, to not place it in the middle of the screen
-There is often freeware stuff or effects wich can add the black borders for you.
You can find me on YT under "Bauzi514". Subscribe to never miss my AMV releases.
