If you are unsure about band and genre. Look at black metal, power metal, glam metal, thrash metal, death metal, blackened death metal, epic metal, syphonic metal, and so on... Use rock, rap, classical. Whatever genre you believe is appropriate, then look for bands in the genre. You put time into making your videos. Do the same with the music as well.

You can try "The flame in all of us" by Thousand Foot Krutch. It Might not be a very original idea, but it's the best I can come up with. You can use that "Konohas fire" Thing to make it match the song. It is not very god, but I don't think anyone can make original naruto AMV so it's just to try what you get up with.
