There's Ayame from Fruits Basket. Especially the scene where he's running around in a wedding dress. And the quick one where he's in a purple leopard print coat. xD

I forget which episode, but Barry the Chopper from Full Metal Alchemist dressed as a girl for the first bit.

Ouran High School. The episode with the Lobelia girls and all the guys dress up as girls.

Jakotsu from Inuyasha.

Quick scene in Samurai Champloo where Jin dresses as a geisha.

Oh, and that one guy from Rurouni Kenshin who was Shishio's fighter. It was a guy but looked like a chick. I forget his name.

if you're after a crying game moment, then there's a hentai I think it's called Bible black there are some amv's to it but the chick in it has a penis....

@Pas1990, speaking of crying game moments while i was watching peacemeker the guys at my house were getting all worked up over the chick who was really a guy... so funny to watch.

there was also the guy who played the saxaphone in cowboy bebop, but that wasn't really obvious. faye discovered that he had taken hormones, which gave him female sex organs.
a guy in you're under arrest! he has breasts (i guess) and is often mistaken for a girl and hit on.
zoicite and fish eye from sailor moon. also the sailor starlights are aliens who disguise themselves as a male musical group, then become the female starlights.
akito in air gear wears a wedding dress once.
kazuki from getbackers is very feminine-looking. ban comments that he has "child-bearing hips."
natsuo from loveless also looks particularly feminine. he wears a belly-exposing shirt at one point.

Rebin from Tekkaman Blade.
Flamingly gay crossdresser (passed well enough when they tried to bring the show over as Teknoman, they rewrote his character to be a woman so it would be less awkward.)

Not as insanely deceving as others, but still just on the line enough...

(and, again, as a nice bonus, the series is now available subbed insanely cheap from Media Blasters)

...well...color me surprised. I'd just remembered one I'm surprised everyone's forgotten (granted, if one hasn't seen the show, they'd prob. not be able to pin the character's a guy either)

Beppo from Gankutsuou.

Fooled the main character, and fooled prettymuch everyone in my anime club (...granted, I had that twist kind of blown for me, so the reactions were most entertaining for me in the meantime.)
