Pachelbel's Canon for Kanon!

I'm a little shocked there weren't any AMV's already using Pachelbel's Canon for the anime Kanon (for obvious reasons).

It's a beautiful piece of music and really does capture the mood of the series so well. It would make a wonderful serious/sad AMV, or just a video that summarizes the show or something.

Anyways, yeah. Just thought I'd throw it out there since it would be really fitting.

Well, they did use Canon as background music in one of the episodes.

*nods* Yes, I heard the music a few times while watching it. I still think it would be a good candidate for an AMV, if done properly. ^^

Well...there's always Canon Rock. Sure it wouldn't match the mood that this thread is looking for, but it's a lot more fun to listen to. >__>

I only started watching Kanon yesterday, but it's definitely worth it. Much different than what I was expecting, it's got to be one of the best shows I've ever seen.

Anyways, yeah, I know it's a slow song, but it's not exactly an action-packed anime, so I think it would work for a sentimental AMV. I can picture it being just a soft transition between scenes with that music playing...*shrugs* Heh, again, I just wanted to put it out there. ^^ Maybe I'll try it myself some time when I've had more practice with making AMV's. ;P
