There's a smaller scene in Onegai Teacher with a girl jumping from a building. I think it's in slow motion, but there may not be enough there for you to work with.

There's also that one episode of Cowboy Bebop, although that's Spike falling, and he's a guy and not a girl...

Could try golgo 13. There is a scene where a guy falls out of a very tall building. If i remember right, there might be parts of the scene where you couldn't tell the gender of the person falling.
