In my opinion, fairly odd lyrics and I do not know of any anime that would suit this word for word. If someone would make an AMV to this, I would assume that it would be made from various anime.

How I would translate the song is someone recalling the days of him and his girlfriend going out in a wierd way maybe.

Well, the first bit 'hanging out in the graveyard' could be any number of anime. 'She lovin' the swatstika' again, could choose from many, but Hellsing would be a good bet for that part. 'Four foot five and cramped up really high' - there's a few short heroes to choose from, but - Edward Elric springs right to mind; Naruto wouldn't suit the dark gothic tone of the lyrics as well. Make it a date between Edward and Saras Victoria, mebbe.
