It's still a video game, what does it matter if it was made in Japan?

Can a Mass Effect video be uploaded?
I was born 87 years ago. For 65 years I've ruled as Tamriel's emperor, but for all these years, I've never been the ruler of my own dreams. I have seen the gates of Oblivion, beyond which no waking eye may see. Behold, in darkness, a doom sweeps the land. This is the 27th of Last Seed, the year of Akatosh, 433. Since Bioware is Canadian company that develops Mass Effect, and the current a-m-v.org standard is strictly in Japan, the answer would be no.

You can announce non-anime videos in general discussion. Youtube links are fine there. However, you can't put them in AMV Announcments unless you also announce an AMV alongside it. Oh, and the AMV must be cataloged in our system, but the Mass Effect video can be youtube'd.
