MAXX Video

I have the entire Maxx series in high quality on my pc and for quite awhile ideas about a potential AMV have been buzzing around in my head. Perhaps my next video will see these ideas realized. A search done here to see what other people have done with MAXX so far has turned up with virtually nothing. I know that some (poor quality) music videos to MAXX footage have been made on YouTube, but I really want to do this now that I know mine will be the first one on here.

Do you guys have any ideas on what you would like to see? I mainly would like some song suggestions.

My ideas so far depict a simple video with a slower pace. I'd like this video to really embody The MAXX, the mood, animation, characters, and plot manifested. Those who have seen the show know that it is very unusual. The animation style shifts constantly, going from surreal, to cartoon-ish, to anime-like, to 3D, to comic-book style (the main style), even to high quality realistic detail. The animation often is reflective of the mood, which is often brooding and moody with bursts of excitement and comic relief.

As such, I feel like a noir song, perhaps jazzy, blues, or the right techno song. Something that is slow and dark for the most part, but that perhaps picks up and changes some throughout. A song that transforms in some way is almost a necessity to really do this justice. I'm not really going to go for an action packed rock video like some youtubers have with their MAXX videos, it just doesn't look right, especially if you are familiar with the series.
