Hell Girl season one, episode 10 "Friends". Girl running along sidewalk, then up steps towards you. I used it in "Hell Girl Likes a Pink Pill".

"Toradora", about ep 15 to 17 a lot of drama and chasing each other, same in the last few episodes of "Kannagi". Will think about the paper plane...
