I'm on a Lan and before I reformatted my computer I ran a FTP server that was accessable to internet users. All I did was configure my router's virtual server for port 21. After you do that your (internet) ip plus the port 21 is your ftp server address. ex. http://yourip:21 Your (internet) ip can be found by simply going to www.ipchicken.com. I distrobuted my amv like this for a while but since I play online games I decided to take it down and only used it for private use with my friends...

Use VERY short songs, then edit the songs to be shorter, then use lower resolutions ( 352x240 ) for your vids, and don't forget, the variable bitrate is your friend.
